Looks like being a lovely day here today. Have to start it with Cooper's 3rd shower, hope that goes well.

DH is napping at the moment, he came off nights this morning so I expect I'll be walking on eggshells all day, he gets a wee bit touchy on the last day, can't blame him, he must be shattered. Have to let him sleep as he is going to see ♫♪ The Searchers ♪♫ tonight with a neighbour, can't have him snoring through that.

Had a text from my DD last night, she and her friend travelled up to York yesterday for a Spa Weekend that she won, hope they have a good time. She said the train journey was very long and tiring, but I'm sure it will be worth it.

Ive been playing that Vue game over and over again. I only want an instant win, but it doesn't seem to be happening. Id like the TV too, but it will take a lot to get into the top 10 just to be in the draw. Might not bother with it anymore.

Im not doing the Times comp today, but will tomorrow. I wont be able to have the meal. Im also too busy today, got a gym introduction later.

They are going on to a hotel in Harrogate tonight for 2 nights, they paid for the overnight on York themselves to make a proper weekend of it. She posted on FB last night that she was in the Red Lion with a nice Kronenburg, so she's happy

Hope your DD enjoys York and Harrogate Sue. We will be staying near York on the 20th and 21st but we are paying £55 for two nights in an Express by Hol inn so not quite the same! We spent the day in York in April so probably won't bother this time. It is lovely there when the sun is shining though.
