Not done any entries for The Times today. None close enough really for me but wpuld like to treat best froend for everything he has done this week.

I must have nice tasting legs the blinking mozzies have been having a bite - must have been last night when we sat outside late. Legs are covered in bites. Grrrr.

Thanks Sue for the deodorant link. I have applied. I was wondering if it was a first come first served thing or an application thing, but Ive just checked and it does say that it will close once 2000 people have entered or 31/8/12 which ever happens first, so it must be first come first served. So I would say that if you can fill out a form you get a free deodorant.

Have we got a thread about tomorrow's times comp yet? I did a search, but couldn't find it (though that is most probably me not doing it properly, will have another go)

We are going back to York on the 21st too, but only for the day. Having grown up there I really dont see what the tourists/visitors see. Everyone raves about how nice York is and that they would love to live there, but I just can't see it, but I suppose thats the way it is when you've grown up there. Its all just normal seeing the same sights everyday.

I live in Dover where we have the castle, white cliffs etc, can't remember when I last saw either. I suppose we take it for granted.

Thanks Sue. That explains why I couldn't find it. I could have sworn it was for a Blackberry. Whoops. And I was only searching the times not the SUNDAY times.

Ive subscribed to the thread now. Really want a Lumia, Id rather have that than most other smartphones. I think there's only an iphone Id consider over it if I could choose between them.

I love my iPhone, it's the easiest phone I've ever had and of course it does a lot more too. My Daughter had it first then when she upgraded to the iPhone 4 I had her old one. DH bought one because he got fed up waiting for me to win him one. Now DD is due to upgrade again so there's a bit of a battle over who gets the iPhone 4 from her

I've had a lovely day and hope everyone else has too. We went to a nearby castle and had our picnic (after dropping DD & friend at beach)
Then we had a nice walk in the woods. Our area is great when the weather is nice but there is nothing to do when the weather is bad! Really don't understand peeps risking coming here for their hols.

I would love an iPhone too Sue. I love the iPad (which we all fight over ) so I could work an iPhone ok. I have the Nokia 701 that I won but it's annoying as I keep ringing folks by mistake even with the lock on, I can't seem to get on fb on it properly and today while it was in my pocket I was videoing for 20mins! I should maybe go back to my old key phone!
