New Broadband for 6months only

Hi there,

I was having a 12months contract with Sky for the broadband and phone which costed £22.50 per month. The contract ended up in May and in June Sky charged me £30 for the basic broadband and ph.

My query is:
Q1 - has Sky put me under a new 12months contract or its just a payasyou go service now?
Q2 - I will be leaving UK in Decemeber, so is there any cheaper option available? (so kind of 6months left)

Monthly usage - I had sky 40GB data plan

Simple, contact Sky and ask them! Although i'm not sure sky do a pay as you go service.
As for a 6 month deal, your best bet is probably using a pay as you go dongle or have a look around the internet for another similar deal

You have almost certainly committed to a further 12m minimum term. Your contract didn't 'end', it just reached the end of it's minimum term, and you could have just asked to continue on the same terms on a normal 30 day notice period. There is no PAYG cpontract, the minimum is always 30 days.
