Best website for selling/recycling old broken laptops?

Looks pretty easy to remove the hard drive, as it is accessible from the bottom of the laptop. See the last image on this page:

Ignore everything above it, you don't need to do that! I suppose you could take it out, format it using a caddy, then put it back in?
I don't have easy access to a caddy, so I'm thinking I'll just keep the drive/bash it with a hammer.... a lot of potential hassle for how much extra? £10? :huh:0 -

If it's a decent size drive, it might be useful in a caddy as a second drive to whatever you replace the laptop with.
