All you poor Londoners
work harder and maybe you can get the bus?
Don't worry, cycling has apparently got safer?“There is no doubt that despite the growth of cycling in London, it has got safer and its cost effectiveness and health benefits make it an attractive option for many people.0 -
I never knew such things existed but on reflection I can think of a goodly number of potential candidates who would also benefit ;-)The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0 -

I know we don't have all the details to hand, but i can't understand why the bus driver wouldn't be charged at least without undue care and attention.
Surely if you hit a cyclist who is using the road legally and going beyond the basic requirements of lighting to be seen, then you are evidently not driving with care and attention?
If the driver couldn't see due to the sun glare then you slow down, put on sunglasses or use the sun visor so you can see.All your base are belong to us.0 -

I don't think it's as simple as that, but i'd like to see what defense they used to get away with it. If it was a stationary car they hit, they would have had their insurance claimed as it would clearly be their fault so what's the difference here i wonder. All your base are belong to us.0
