Parking eye fine at hospital

    i made an official complaint to the hospital, got a letter confirming they are investigating.

    But at the same time my dad phoned parking eye (or hospital security) and they said there is a 2 DAY DELAY between any registerations of disabled drivers parking and parking eye systems updated with same information. Therefore, i presume other disabled drivers may get the letter? will be interested to know how many actually pay just to avoid hassle with them?

    OR, every letter they send your dad, send back to them via the post box in an UNSTAMPED adressed envelope. costs the company more money ;)

    No, they just don't accept them. It just costs the post office money, and messes them about.

    official reply from hospital received. firstly they apologised, and then said the fine had been issued as when we registered the car one letter was different to the actual car reg. No that was not our fault as the car reg was said very clearly using words for each letters, unless secuity guard written it down incorrect a "d" instead of a "w".

    they have actually said in the letter which telephone number was used to call and register the car and badge when it was parked!
