Hi,
I got a contract with Three about 6 months ago, I've now moved to a new house and there's no signal inside the house.
We complained and they slightly discounted the monthly cost and told us to ring back when we have internet installed. We did and they sent a booster which pretty much does nothing, and they put the bill back up.
I know that it's illegal for them to sell a contract if there's no signal where the client lives, but do we have any rights now that we've moved? I've still got 18 months remaining on a phone I can't use at home or at work.
Just to add some information, their coverage map shows that I should have a strong signal.
Thanks

You have no rights to leave 3 without paying a cancellation fee over this, if that is your question.
But go back to them and see if they will make any goodwill gesture.0 -

As Above what JohnnyInamoto said
you moved not 3 so they don't have to do anything

have you correctly set the signal booster up, unusual that doesn't workDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
