    Happy Birthday Miromir :bdaycake:

Now to you lovely ladies for some advice. I have been using Clean and Clear deep cleansing lotion, which I suppose is a bit like a toner, for years as I discovered it was my HG product as a teenage. I think it may now be a bit harsh for my (definitely not a teenager anymore) skin and wonder if anyone has any advice. I use it in the morning instead of cleanser and water and want to keep it that way. I also don't have a big budget for snazzy products! Thanks ladies.

Tater I switched a couple of years ago to Clean & Clear for sensitive skin. I find it works well and does the job without being harsh and I am also no longer a teenager I am 55!
  • my heart is breaking for grape. OUCHIE!!!!!!!! Hugs to Grape!

Trudij - poor grape, that wound looks so sore.

Tokiandoliver - you must be so excited about buying your dream bag. Alexander Wang is winging its way to you.

Rosemary - sounds like you got a bargain and a half today.

I have had a productive day. PMON - Nails Inc Charlotte St and attacked the eyebrows too.

I have an aromatherapy back, neck & shoulder massage and an indian head massage tomorrow. Not had either is a very long time so quite looking forward to it.

I agree! :rotfl: I wanted to know how Rosemary managed that :T

Tokkiandoliver - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that your bag isn't held up at customs & that it arrives charge free :)

    Happy belated birthday, Moromir

Trudij - poor Grape! I'm glad that her injury isn't going to cause any long-term problems :)

A few UUs and some freebie samples:

UU 1) L'Oreal Elvive Nutrigloss Light conditioner: WBA if on offer, did the job without weighing my hair down.

    2) Superdrug Vitamin E hot cloth cleanser: WBA, this was pretty effective and very cheap in comparison to other hot cloth cleansers.

    3) Oral B pro-expect toothpaste sample: WMBA if on offer.

    INs:

    1) 14 sachets of Garnier night cream - I've squeezed half of them into a sample jar for ease of use as I find sachets fiddly.

    2) 3 Tresemme split end repair sachets; shampoo, conditioner and treatment. These came with a Dorothy Perkins order so were a nice surprise. :)
