    Yes, it is a great forum, you got an answer in 5 minutes and confirmation 7 minutes after asking for it.

    You need to keep back the money to pay the CC bill even if the balance on the next statement (and the next...) still shows the extra credit.
    loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

    Its a moral issue, notify them and get it corrected, if you've pointe it out and they don't take it back I wouldn't chase too hard.

    Look forward to your post in three months time complaining that you've spent this money, the f"........ Bank now wants it back, you haven't got the money, you've borrowed it from payday lenders, can't pay that back etc etc

    Apologies if this isn't you or overly harsh but par for the course here.
