The brown one is a Win 7 Home Premium Refurbished CoA. There are two bar codes and the serial number of the CoA. You supply the customer with a printed sheet with the Product Key on which also lists the serial number (something like 00313-245-678-901) for both the original and the refurb CoAs. The product key of the original CoA is invalidated on the activation servers when the MRR applies for the refurb key.0
