Once we have booked, and get a letter of confirmation, and a request for further payment for any entertainment passes, bedding, etc. does anybody think it would be worth it to then update to a more expensive caravan, if there are only two of us going, and we tend not to use the site facilities, but just go out each day and night ?

After all, its just the basics we would need. But having said that, I dont want to stay in a bland, uncomfortable space, with no side lamps, cushions, and comforts of home, etc.

So what do others think/do. I'd welcome your suggestions.

Just booked Devon Cliffs Friday April 12th - kids have INSET day on the Monday and they are desperate to go back there.

nellykim re upgrading - we always upgrade and the main reason is that dogs are not allowed in Luxury/Luxury Plus. We once booked a holiday home which did allow pets and it was foul - carpets and furniture covered in dog hairs, unpleasant "doggy" smell throughout. We never again booked holiday accommodation that allowed pets.

The caravan you will be allocated will be of the Budget range but having said that it will be perfectlly adequet for your use.
it will be comfortable and clean and have the same facilitys as the more expensive caravans but the level of luxury will not be as high as the more expensive ones and your caravan will possiably only be 10 ft wide as opposed to the wider 12 ft model

only if you have a priority code

otherwise you needed to collect the tokens printed in the newspaper, and send them off with the booking form
