Can anyone help me please. I have just booked Rockley Park in Poole, and paid to upgrade to Luxury. When I look on the Haven website they are called different things (not standard and luxury but Standard plus, Deluxe, Deluxe plus etc) Does anyone know what the luxury is equivalent to on their website?

Thanks everyone. I got Haven for Oct half term. Really wanted Butlins Skeggie but needed to do 2 bookings as going with family so happy with what we got.

Hope everyone enjoys their hols. We are off to Butlins on Friday from the last time.
