    Hi there
Thanks for the replies. My eldest is 14 so hopefully theyre not getting ahead of themselves. :p

I don't bank with RBS/Natwest but as HMRC do wouldn't that be the problem? Also, my money was due to go in on the day the kerfuffle happened which is why i'm thinking its blocked somewhere.

I'll give them a ring on Monday if nothing goes in.
    Thanks again.

I got mine on Tuesday with no problems and i don't bank with Natwest, RBS etc.

I thought mine was due in yesterday but its actually due on Monday. Because of all the bank holidays my payments were all over the place and I had to go back to March then count forward from there.

Have just checked my online banking and it is showing as going in on Monday so hopefully I am back to normal now.

Mine was due on Tuesday and didn't go in, I am so glad its not just me that has issues. I do bank with Natwest but my wages and tax credits went in ok so it is bit strange. Did ask in Natwest, they said the payments that haven't been added to accounts can usually be found somewhere on the computer but she couldn't find it at all.

  • Mine went in today so I guess it was the extra bank holiday that delayed everything. Hope everyone else is sorted.

Mine goes in every 4th Monday through the year. Comes early if the bank holiday and CB coincide. Which is the same as for any other benefit paid in that way. Next one = 9th July. I bank with the hated Barclays, but their on line facility tells me that it will arrive on Saturday after 1am and be cleared on the Monday. A useful indicator if anything did go wrong. It is one feature that I find really helpful. Saturday morning I can see what debits/credits will clear on Monday.
