    hi Miss,

I'm going to try my best to sort something out..just remembered kids will be on holiday when I finish my traning so I'll be able to take the car in the morning. However I may not be able to do the shifts long term...Is there any way I can ask my employer to change my rota to an 8am start even??

What would be the best road to go down with regards to this..obviously waiting after the 3 month period if Im put on to a permanent contract??/

    Thanks

Nothing is permanent till you have been there 2 years now

    HI Everyone,

Thanks so much for all the info...2nd car not an option at the moment as insurance will be sky high:(...I think I'll be ok till September as 3 wks training 8-4 then kids break up for 6 weeks.

If I am still employed by the company which fingers xd I should be I shall then request a flexi agreement..If I am still on a temp contract will I still have the same rights for flexi????

So its probably going to be a struggle from September to Jan but OH said he's got his thinking cap on :A and hopefully will come up with a solution.

Yet another bait and switch employment scam. They originally wanted someone to work under those conditions, but gave more favourable ones right up till the job offer to keep you interested. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bait-and-switch#Non-retail_use
Wanted a job, now have one.

Was not aware of this but
Seems exactly so a the position I applied for was f/t permanent rolling rota starting at 8am.
I also printed off and showed them the vacancy I applied fro in the interview:eek:. As when I spoke to them over the phone they mentioned some p/t positions and I said I did not apply for p/t. Which is why I took a print off of the job vacancy with me.
