Broadband/homephone package including line rental

Can anyone recommend an all inclusive package from anyone. I am currently on BT option 1(paid quarterly paper bil) and tiscali BB but I am not happy about increase in charges from BT and have now done 12 mths with Tiscali so can now move. I would like to go somewhere that includes the line rental and come away from BT all together, but can't do cable as we are out in the sticks. Anything under £30 a month?? Thanks

and unfortuantly i don't think its possible
because your out in the sticks you have to have line rental through BT0 -
If you have a Vodafone mobile you can get a package for £25 or if you are with orange on £30 per month you can get broandband for free
