Morning Caz
Sounds like you're getting there with piecing information together. How is Finn at the moment?
Looking forward to the scores! I refuse to look at mine until I get back from holidays lol.Debt - CCV £3792
CCB £1383 (took a hit for a holiday)
Loan 1 £1787
Loan 2 £1683
Total £8601 Was £393020 -
Finn's OK, but he kicked out when I did up the surcingle straps on his rug yesterday morning, which he's never done before, so something is definitely going on. I got given a recommendation of a supplement to try last night by someone who had a pony with identical issues and who can't believe the change in her now - it's a 10th of the price of Gastrogard, so worth a try for a month I think.
Anyway, this week's scores. Please bear in mind as you read (she says, getting the excuses in early) that the business account has had £2263.91 withdrawn from it this week thanks to VAT, paying myself and a couple of other bits and pieces, so it could have been worse:
Business
Overdraft: -£-7881.82 / -£8306.87 -£425.05
Business total: -£-7881.82 / -£8306.87 -£425.05

Grand total: -£17,400.40 / -£17,213.93 +£186.47
I've also realised I never did a monthly personal scores on doors on the 30th (blame the cold!)....in fact, looking back, I never did one in August either - bad Minx!

I think Christmas may have started for the business - over £400 of sales between posting out on Friday and this morning, so I spent a couple of hours packing up this morning and sent three sacks of post out today
Other than that, it's been a quiet day. We managed to spend under £60 in Tesco, including Mr Minx's bottle of whisky, and then we came home and I fell asleep for the rest of the afternoonNot very productive, but Mr Minx is still trying to get rid of the tail end of his cold and last night the snoring was so bad that it drove me out of the bedroom, out of the spare room(!) and down into the living room to sleep on the sofa with the dog :rotfl: Needless to say it wasn't the best night's sleep I've ever had and that combined with the tablets I took before we went out to get my nose back under control just zonked me completely.

Not a lot to report, it's been a domesticated day. Mr Minx has already transferred his half of the weekend's shopping bill to my account, bless him. More gemstone beads to send out tomorrow0

Finn's supplement is on order, fingers crossed it does the trick. Another 32 orders to go today on top of the 22 I sent on Saturday and £500-worth of stock ordered this afternoon.
On the negative side I had a big return from a customer, so the PayPal account is £81 down. I shouldn't grumble really, I get very, very little stuff returned, but usually it's £4 or £5-worth of refunds, not nearly £100.
Still, 17 orders to go tomorrow already, which is a good start. I'm working my way through listing the rest of the flatbacks that arrived last week, which is very boring - I've done all the interesting shapes and am doing half rounds in three different colours and six different sizes, which is 18 photographs just for one listing. I'm not looking forward to having to bag the 3mm ones into packs of 250 out of a bag of 10,000 either - they're too light to do it by weight on my counting scales so it's going to be an in front of the telly job.0 -
Caz, would it perhaps be worth sourcing a pill counter for your flat backs? They are a triangular shaped flat thing with numbers along the sides and an opening about 1" long so you can pour the tablets (beads) into the packet again. It may not work but would if they are circular as the numbers will be triangular (ie, 1, 3, 6).
Hope that helps you for things that aren't weighable.

Great idea Kaz, ive seen them used and they would be perfect !Its just a bad day, Not a bad life .. :cool:0

Great idea, but the 3mm are just too small for it to work - I can fit about 10 on my thumbnail. I've got bead counting scoops for various different diameters, but they only work for things that are spherical, not half spheres.0
