    Well, I have the keys :D If anyone wants a quick look round the place, there's now some video on my blog at http://househoarder.com/ Lots of work to be done!

    Of course, this is going to totally mess up my debt figures for a while, as the renovations are going to be funded on 0% transfers until the decrofting application is done, so I need to have a think about how my signature is going to look.
