Possibly not! The one I was wanting to photograph, who is white with black knees, has been taken away to be bottle-reared because her mother doesn't have enough milk - that one is absolutely adorable :)

Mr Minx is being very Bank Holiday-ish and mowing the lawn. I've combed out Merlin's tail (he just about put up with that and then gave me fair warning that he was going to bite me if I tried his mane) and Finn's mane (so thick I managed to break a tooth on the mane comb - really must buy him another hairbrush!) and then came inside for a break to find that a very nice American customer has spent nearly £300 in my eBay shop :D:D:D So that's the VAT bill all accounted for and most of the Royal Mail bill and I only need about another £200 before I can start hitting the rest of that overdraft. So instead of poop scooping the rest of the fields, I'm packing orders instead :)

Well, that's embarrassing - managed to get my Elance account temporarily suspended by not noticing that one of the sample bits of work I'd uploaded to my portfolio had my email address on it :o:o All sorted out with their customer service team now, who were very nice about it, and I've bid on another three jobs.

Proofreading work already in for tomorrow, looks like it's going to be a busy week!

Ooops! Still as you say sorted now and you can crack on!
    Must use my stash up!

Proofreading all done, orders all sent out. Mr RPC pinged me mid-afternoon saying he was going to send work, but must have got side-tracked as nothing has come through. NEL has released the funds for the last file I did for her and sent me another one to have a listen to to see if I'll do it, as the audio isn't as good quality as the previous ones. It doesn't sound too bad to me, so I've accepted the job :D

No new Elance jobs bid on today - there was one that was right up my street, disputing chargebacks for a website, which is part of what I used to do for HMV, but they want an American citizen :( A few transcription jobs listed, but nothing with a sensible rate.

Another day, another dollar. Six files proofread, 41 minutes of NEL's file typed (15 left to do tomorrow), eight orders posted out and one job bid for on Elance. Now that I've done a bit of work and got feedback, I've gone up to Level 4 on there (not sure I understand their points system!) and am getting invited to bid for jobs, which is nice. Going to have a trawl through the new jobs on there once I've finished typing this :)

I had a message from the local business manager at RBS on the house answerphone today, asking me to contact her for a chat about renewing my business overdraft - very nice feeling to be able to reply by email and say that I wouldn't be renewing it. The last VAT bill goes out tomorrow, so the actual balance will dip back into the red by a couple of hundred pounds, but I've asked her to let me know what date the facility expires and will make sure I don't go overdrawn again after that.

What a great stage to be at, Caz, very well done! It's quite something to be able to say, "Thanks, but no thanks" to your bank. Worthy of a few dancing bananas but here's some applause instead!:T:T:T :T:T
