Oh no, no update - what am I supposed to do whilst easting my salad on my lunch break? ;)

    Hope you're ok x

Sorry! I did an early morning one on Monday, so didn't do one in the evening for you to read at lunch today!

    Yay to the 0% transfer!

I may have been a bit premature, they sent me an email today to say the transfer had failed and I'd have to try again over the phone when I called them to activate the card :( Hopefully I just made a typo when putting the details in or something.

It's been a little bit quiet on the work front for the past couple of days. Only one file to proofread on Monday, but I got a 75 minute transcription job today, which has made up for it a bit. I did have another £430 order from the customer who started ordering while I was away and another £130 from the overseas regular - both those have been sent off today.

Currently feeling a bit sorry for myself after I managed to get bitten by next door's stallion :( He came to say hello over the fence and I think he must have objected to me being higher than him (there's a height difference in the fields due to the way it slopes) because he suddenly struck out with his teeth. He got me on the side of the right boob(!) and managed to bite me hard enough that he broke the skin through a Puffa jacket, a rugby shirt, two t-shirts and a padded bra! It's only just stopped bleeding four hours later and I think the bruising is going to be pretty horrible. That's both the boys and me on the arnica cream now! I did tell my neighbour and she was horrified and very apologetic - he's been fine with her and he was fine with me the other day when I went and untangled him from something he'd got caught up in. I shall steer well clear of him from now on, even if he's looking like he's trying to be friendly!

Well, this is what it looked like about half an hour after it happened (safe for work photo, despite the location!!):

    http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/ll302/cazmanian_minx/IMAG0666_zps6ff3a01f.jpg

This morning all the bruising has come out and all the bits that just look a little bit pink in the photo (i.e. pretty much all the bare flesh in shot) are now dark purple. I must take another picture actually, because it's starting to look quite spectacular!

My afternoon in the tack shop has been cancelled again (owner has been nominated for an award and has gone down to the Royal Highland Show for the presentation) and I suppose I could let the transcription agency know I'm available for work, but I'm actually really tempted to sort my orders out and then spend the day on the sofa catching up with the Sky+ box and playing games.

How awful - looks painful - I would be mortified if one of my horses bit someone like that - she needs to put up an inner boundary fence - your poor boys have chunks taken out too.

The proof reading has had its uses - on the whole it looks like everything is going in the right direction. :)
