Firstly I don't know if I am in the section on here I need to be in so if not maybe someone can re-direct me .
Over the last couple of months my O2 service has been getting worse and worse no signal or one bar on our phones , it is not just me people in the next few villages are the same .This morning I had to go outside the house to get off emergency calls only , we spent 3/4 of an hour on the landlone to O2 who have said that 1 bar on the phone is acceptable coverage , it has never been like this in the 14 years I have been with them , are they cutting back on the masts? is anyone else having problems? we are near the M62 just into east yorkshire .
