if the 08 number are here to stay, it will definitely be worth me switching over to T-mobile when my contract is up with O2. But what if they stop it suddenly like what O2 did, can I get out of their contract?0

Seeing that all 08 numbers are included, this means you effectively have inclusive international calls since you can use the mse international call checker to easily find an 08 access number which can be used to call your international destination.0

I've checked T mobile web site and I cant find there included. All plans I checked said charged at 40 ppm. Have I got it wrong?0

Their site is quite poor at actually stating what you get for each plan but 08 numbers continue to be free on certain packages (but not the Full Monty)
Go to this page

and select from the list of Current Plans for a chart listing which ones include 08 numbers0 -
For anyone else confused as at 20/10/2013 from here
"COSTS OUTSIDE YOUR ALLOWANCE
Once you’ve used your allowances, the following costs apply:
Calls - 40p per minute
Texts - 15p each
Picture messages - 30p each
Calling your voicemail - 40p per minute
For full details of costs on your plan, check our price plan brochures for your plan.
Allowances include minutes to UK mobiles, landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03 - Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man are excluded), voicemail and 08-numbers. Picture messages are not included in allowances. 08-numbers are not included on The Full Monty.
Calls to numbers starting with 070, 09 and 118 are not included in your inclusive allowance. Calls to 070 numbers cost up to 77p/min and 09 numbers cost up to 255p/min. For further information see Price plan brochures."
note this doesn't seem to agree with this for sim-only plans:
"or your inclusive minutes and texts to customers of UK mobile networks and UK landlines starting with 01, 02 & 03. Your inclusive minutes and texts do not include 01, 02 & 03 landline numbers in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man and numbers starting with 08. Calls to numbers starting with 08, 070, 09 and 118 are not included in your inclusive allowance of minutes."0 -
it's not very clear is it

So do I just dial the 0844 no from my t-mobile phone and then dial the destination no.
Because t-mobile include 0844 no's so does that mean the international call will be free ie out of my allowance?
Do I not need to pay something to the provider who is giving the 0844 number?0 -

Yes dial the 08 number and follow the instructions.
The call to the 08 number should be covered by your inclusive minutes which you say includes such calls, ignore the final destination your only making an 08 call from your mobile.
No you dont pay anything to the supplier they share the call revenue with the network.
If your not sure make a short test call.;)0
