No account number

Options
I recently sent a PPI claim form to Lloyds. It was for a business loan that I took out in 2002. The business was closed in mid 2005 but I continued to pay the loan off. I do not have an account number which I explained on the form. I received a letter today saying they could not take it any further without the account number (I provided business address, sort code and my personal details) and am now finding it impossible to get anyone from LLoyds to help. My 2 questions are 1. What should I do next? and 2. The business is long closed but I applied for the loan and was the company director and single share holder so how would any payments be made?
