Hi Nikki, Due to the fact I hadn't kept my receipt, I assumed the most I would be offered by B&Q was an exchange. Although not totally satisfied, I knew this was only somewhat of a solution and would have the same problem (I'm assuming) in a matter of weeks. At least, hopefully, I'll have lights that work and hopefully still working for my son's birthday Bar-B-Q in a few weeks time. I'd like to praise the dozen or so solar lights I bought from Poundland....2 years on and they are still working and as bright as everBut what are you going to do in a few weeks time when the new ones stop working? You won't have a receipt to take them back because you'll have already used it to take the first lot back - surely then you'll just be back in the position you are now?!
