Vodafone problems

Hi guys, just a quick question,
Ive had signal varying from limited to zero for a month now with vodafone. At first they refused to accept there was an issue in the area, but when more people complained on their forums, they admitted there was a serious fault in the area.
Calling their customer services to complain, resulted in them denying everything the forum tech guys said, and even refused to accept the fault number we were given!
Its now been a month, my phone is rendered useless and unusable.
Vodafone say they have no time scale for when the issue will be fixed.
Im disgusted with this service, and Im still in my contract. Is there anything I can do? Ofcom? Trading standards?
Vodafone are obviously more than happy to take my £30 a month for a phone I cant use.

Vodafone dont own the land where the mast is situated and they cannot simply barge in a start fixing the fault, Vodafone have to have permission to enter the site from whoever owns the property and, once the fault has been found, there is specialist equipment to be ordered before the fault can be fixed.
No network can guarantee a fault free service and Vodafone are still providing a service in other areas where there is not a fault and you are not paying for a service you cannot use.
If it is only your home address which is affected, there is the Sure Signal where you will get a perfect 3G service.0 -
Its not only my home address. Its a huge area of my town, and spreading.
There are tons of complaints about it, but nothing can be done?! This seems shocking.
Im not sure I fully understand when you say I am not paying for a service I can not use? I literally can not use my phone. There is no signal, and I am paying a monthly bill.Freebies so far: Sackboy Toy ^_^, MARS football, Various Jack Danniels freebies, Baileys Icecream kit0 -
Vodafone say in their terms and conditions that they will credit your account for the period the network hasn't been working:10 Credits if there is a failure of the service
a If we have to maintain our network or if there is a technical fault on our network that means you can’t use all our services for three days in a row, we’ll credit you for the line-rental charge for the period the service was not available.
Your best bet is to email them quoting the clause above.

as above all you can do is get a refund for the days you couldnt use your phone-its still not a get out clauseWhat goes around-comes around0
