Sky offer ? good or Not

I am in sky last 30 day period of my 12 initial 12 months .
I have had the full sky tv package with hd and multiroon which iv never used ( the multiroom that is ). I can only get sky connect and it was initally discounted to 7 pounds , it is now back to 17.
I have been paying 93 pounds a month with broadband and phone. it is now 103 pounds a month.
I have phoned sky cancellations and they offered me 20 percent off tv for 12 months and they offered to remove sky multi room to reduce cost however broadband and phone cannot be discounted and will remain at 29.25 pounds. The tv has been cut by 20 percent and reduced to 43.85 with HD.
After taking sky multiroom off they are offering me a new price of £73.10 with no phone or broadband discount.
He said there was no chance of phone or broadband dsicount as thats outside policy. He suggested i move phone and broadband providers.
I told him to make a note of the tv discount offered.
any advice sky experts on whether i should just take tv deal and move broadband and line rental, as plus net are doing good deal

If you are happy with the TV offer take it - but this is how I would word the call:
I called the other day looking to reduce my bill. He suggested that I remove multiroom and receive a 20% discount, which I would like to accept. Can you please process that for me now?
Is that done?
I would also like to remove the HD pack from my account with immediate effect. (The agent will respond saying that there is a 31 day cancellation period.)
The only way I will stay is if you do this for me. If you can't do this please accept this is my 31 days notice and send me a MAC. (they will do it for you)
Thanks, I appreciate your help. Looking at my phone and BB - I see I have the Connect product which I assume is BT wholesale. Because of this it is costing me about £30 for phone and BB. I can get the same from TalkTalk for £7.25 per month. If you can reduce my line rental I will stay - can you do this?
[If yes] Thank you, I appreciate your help. Can I speak to your supervisor - I would like to put on record how helpful you have been.
[If no] Please issue my MAC, and I will start the ordering process with TalkTalk.
You will be told that you will get your MAC in the post - simply tell the operator to refresh the comments page after issue and it will be there.
Once you have canceled your HD, wait 24 hours and go to TopCashback and upgrade to Sky HD. You will get £100 M&S vouchers, £25.25 and 3 months Free HD.My user name is SkyInsider... Who knows if it works though - nothing to say it won't in the T's & C's. The 3 months free offer is up today (I just noticed), so you will have to get moving! My user name is SkyInsider...
