Mine came today with a SIM, which was inside the A5 white envelope containing some paperwork. The sim comes within a sellophane wrapper and is enclosed in a folder saying 'Lets keep it SIMple'.
The £10 voucher for airtime is useable with any Virgin SIM card, not just the new one.0
