My rear wheels release as soon as car is driven.

But if MOT test is done by hand, you would feel wheels are binding after operating & releasing handbrake.

Don't think this may be seen if it's done on rolling road.

Garage said rear wheels should release fully when handbrake is released, not just when car is driven forward, so car would fail MOT if this is not case.

When I did MOT retest, they said they retest all brakes, not just the brake failure item.

the wheel is spun by hand to check wheel bearing,binding brakes will prevent this from being checked
