    I don't think baby would mind a room temp of 21x this is quite cool really you could try 20c but 18c is just wasteful when it's hot outside.

    Very true, we've only used to to bring the temp down before bed so far as we've only had it 2 days, I think when we run it all night we'll set it to 20ish.

    22c is what I set my split systems to when I am sat down watching tv if I am up and about then I set them to 21c. Bedrooms are at 21c as I prefer to be cool in there.
