I got this phone from Tesco Mobile and the LCD broke and is not covered apparently and it was a month old. They have not sent it back and have also refused to mend it for free.
What do I do.
I have sent numerous e mails saying the phone is un fit for purpose and wrote letter to their head office and no luck.

most screens dont break due to a manufacturing issue and thats all that would be covered by Tesco/Samsung. I managed to crack the on my 3 day old LG phone (the day before teh screen protector that I'd ordered arrived!) although thankfully its still usable.0
