Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online as stated in the Dickinson’s Real Deal show (the “programme”).

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS at 9.30 a.m. as stated in the programme. Competition closes for online entries at 5.00pm no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.

Competition draw date:

Within no more than one week of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0901 293 77 66 and follow instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63337 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 3 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63337 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number.

I think that's always been there hasn't it? Either way it's not compulsary so you can enter without ticking it

im afraid no it hasnt, which is why i mentioned it and i know its not compulsary but again people get used to sites and tickboxes and may get caught out just simply ticking the boxes they are used to ticking without looking out for change

Thanks for the warning. I'm not sure what you mean by "recently" but I honestly remember seeing the same tickboxes there for the past few months at least.
