    Opening/closing date & time:

    · Competition opens for all entries as stated in the ‘This Morning’ programme (the “programme”) on 25 June 2012.

    · Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday 8 July 2012.

    · Competition closes for entries online at 7:30 a.m. on Friday 13 July 2012.

How to enter & cost of entry:

    · PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 99 99 and follow instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question as stated in the Programme up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and calls from mobiles may cost considerably more.

    · SMS text – send a SMS text to 63335 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63335 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

    · Online – go to www.itv.com/thismorning and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number.

    Draw date:

The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for entries.

    Prize:

There is one prize consisting of a cheque for £10,000, a Volkswagen camper van and a Merlin annual pass for up to five people each as set out in more detail below.

    Cheque

A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only and deliverable within 28 days of winner confirmation. A signature may be required for delivery.
    Campervan
A Limited Edition California Berghaus Volkswagen campervan in blue. The campervan includes first registration fee, 12 months’ road tax and standard manufacturer’s warranty. The campervan will also be provided with an accessories package consisting of a Freeflow 25 litre Rucsac, two (2) Flare 1100 sleeping bags, two (2) Spectrum hats and gloves; two (2) insulated mugs, a travel water bottle, a flask and a map case.

The winner is responsible for insuring the campervan. Following receipt of valid and correct documentation from the winner, the prize provider will either provide the winner with transportation to collect the campervan from the prize provider premises in Wooburn Green near High Wycombe or will deliver the campervan to the winner’s home address within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man (in the discretion of the prize provider).

Valid and correct documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the campervan and current driver’s licence along with current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The owner registration details are required to register the campervan and once this occurs it is the winner’s responsibility to ask their insurance company to generate a cover note. The winner is responsible for insuring the campervan and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to transfer the campervan and register the campervan in another person’s name subject to receipt of valid and correct documentation for that person.

Pass for five people to Merlin attractions

Premium annual passes for up to five people named by the winner to access attractions within the group of attractions of Merlin Entertainments Group within the UK, including Alton Towers Resort Theme Park, Legoland Windsor, Legoland Discovery Centre (Manchester), Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Madame Tussauds (London and Blackpool), the London Eye, Warwick Castle, Blackpool Tower attractions, Sealife Centres and Sanctuaries, and The Dungeons. A full list of Merlin attractions included in the pass can be found at http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/new-passes/at-a-glance.aspx?a=attractions.

The five people must consist of at least two (2) and no more than four (4) children aged under 12 years old (with the remainder of the pass holders being aged 12 years old or over). Each person named by the winner will be issued his or her own pass and will be required to provide (i) their full name, (ii) their date of birth; (iii) their residential address; (iv) a contact telephone number; (v) a contact email address; (vi) a photograph which must be a true likeness of the holder. The pass will entitle each holder to admission at Merlin attractions for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. The passes will be made available for collection from an attraction chosen by the winner.

Use of the pass is subject to availability and to the terms and conditions for the Merlin passes and individual attractions including but not limited to blackout dates and times, height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings at certain attractions and for certain rides. Additional entry charges may apply for special events, concerts or secondary attractions. The terms and conditions for Merlin annual passes are available at http://www.chessington.com/misc/map-terms-and-conditions.aspx. Blackout dates include without limitation no entry into Madame Tussauds (London), the London Eye, Sea Life London Aquarium and London Dungeon during the whole of August; no entry to the London Eye on 14 February, 27 July to 31 July and 29 October to 31 October; and no entry to the London Dungeon from 29 October to 31 October.

Please note, children will need to be accompanied by an adult to many of the attractions. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Promoter or the prize provider if they have disability or access requirements and they may need to provide proof of disability including without limitation a disabled living allowance letter, a blue badge (with photo ID) or a signed letter from a GP (with photo ID). Disabled pass holders are entitled to a free carer pass. For more information about services for disabled pass holders, please see http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/help/disabled-policy.aspx.

The winner or their nominated pass holders will be responsible for the renewal of their pass. Pass holders qualify for a reduced renewal rate if they renew their pass within 8 weeks of expiry and present their expired pass on renewal. The new pass will be valid from the expiry date of the previous pass. If the pass holder does not renew their pass in this time then the full price will apply to any new pass ordered.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and the other pass holders abide by these terms and conditions and to Merlin’s terms and conditions and, without limitation, observe all relevant restrictions and follow instructions given and any applicable health and safety guidelines. Note that the provider of the pass reserves the right to refuse admission to any attraction for reasons including but not limited to failure to present a valid pass or to present a pass which is deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. The Promoter shall not be liable where the pass has been lost or stolen following delivery to the winner.

The prize excludes costs and expenses including but not limited to travel expenses, transportation, parking, accommodation, hotel charges, meals, drinks, telephone calls, merchandise and souvenirs, personal items, supplementary services, insurance, incidental costs, gratuities and taxes.
