Contract Problem! - Advice Needed

Options
Hi all,

I am on T-Mobile and the other week was contacted by an intermediary who fulfill contract renewals for T-Mobile. I renewed my contract, changing to a price plan which I thought was giving me 300 mins, unlim texts etcetera. Somehow, this got miscommunicated and I ended up with a 50 min per month plan. Using the phone thinking I was on 300 minutes like I was told, I overwent into my unbilled allowance.

I contacted T-Mobile, and they said that they would change my price plan with immediate effect. So, this was yesterday, and I am now supposedly on my 300 mins plan as originally promised. However, I just checked that my unbilled allowance has gone up yet again to almost £40! I called them and they said the charges were based on calls to an 0100 number (my home phone) yet I thought, having been switched to the new price plan, that I was well within the 300 minutes I had been given.

They are now saying that they are in contact with recalculations department, and that I am "not to worry" - I am a bit unsure what to do if the bill arrives in July and it has not been recalculated? Do I have a basis to rake some charges back?

Please help!
Thanks!

Why not go back to the intermediary and get them to sort it out? Do you have anything in writing?
  • The intermediary has told me to talk to T-Mobile directly as they are the ones in charge of this unbilled allowance and such.

But if you have incurred costs due to the contract being set up incorrectly then its the intermediary who is responsible for this.
