    The Seller sent me the password. I signed on and noticed that it has black dot/marks in/under the screen!:eek: Yep, I'm returning it.

    Get any data off it using a portable HDD, format and reinstall windows.
    If you dont want to clean install you can try AppGeeker
    If you know a bit about computers its really easy.
