Why is tesco the only supermarket to constantly have these price errors?

It really does annoy me, they take all our money, leave it in their account a day or so, get interest from it, then cancel our orders and eventually return the money.

I think we should all boycott tesco direct until they star treating their customers properly.

Thats great to hear..... I had all my order cancelled last week :T
Husband came home earlier after picking up a wodge of orders and in amongst the boxes was an order that they've cancelled - cancellation email recieved refund, promised, items disappeared from account scenario, but lo and behold the order was there to be collected. May be worth a check if you're at the store.....;)
  • I hate Tesco's right now! :(

I just don't like them at the moment...

These were OOS for me but I don't need a set as I have a peppa pig one I got for around £15 on Ebay..

Just wish it wasn't SO much of a lottery and 'created' for me meant cancelled approx 5 days later when I had to ASK them to change it to cancelled in order to get my refund , so it doesn't have to be a 'created created' to be cancelled , if it doesn't go to confirmed pretty quickly you can bet your bottom dollar its been cancelled even if they DON'T notify you!

( Am still waiting for my £42 refund from last week!! )
