Placed two orders (I have 6 kids under 10 so needed a couple of extra chairs!), one now cancelled (posted as created created earlier), the other still created, so maybe, just maybe.......!

So it actually says 'created created' under the order number? How weird. Is that a good indicator of what/when it will be cancelled? Sorry, don't order a great deal on Tesco direct.....

Yup, I'm afraid that 'created created' means that the order will be cancelled. Mine followed that exact pattern this evening. I reckon they're aware of the mis-price, it usually stays at 'created' for at least a few hours before either going to 'partially confirmed', or the dreaded 'created created'. This time it happened within an hour or so.

GingerDi, 'created' is the first stage/status, it will then go to either 'partially confirmed' (good!) or 'created created' (not good - will certainly be cancelled).

Sometimes the odd order slips through the net..........!
