Yup, I'm afraid that 'created created' means that the order will be cancelled. Mine followed that exact pattern this evening. I reckon they're aware of the mis-price, it usually stays at 'created' for at least a few hours before either going to 'partially confirmed', or the dreaded 'created created'. This time it happened within an hour or so.
Sometimes the odd order slips through the net, but it will go to 'partially confirmed' instead.....
Well, you learn something every day! So if it says 'created created' or 'partially confirmed' you are doomed. Other than that, you're ok. Thanks for confirming!0 -
GingerDi, double createds are cancellations, partially confirmed means that you'll be getting your goodies. Sorry, I think we clashed posts there as I was editing the earlier one!0

Everything that I've ever ordered that has been 'sent to fulfilment' has gone on to be dispatched! Fingers crossed for u!0
