Hi everyone,

On the evening of Thursday 28th June, we will be taking down the Forum for some time to do some database maintenance.

The work will commence at 22:30. The forum will probably be down for one and a half hours but it could potentially be a bit longer. We'll get it back up as soon as we can. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Joe

omg 10.30pm.... nooo... thats my main MSE time when my kiddywinkles are sleeping :(
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx

Hope your disaster recovery plan is better than the one RBS had (maybe I'm exaggerating there by assuming they had one), should anything go wrong. ;)

I'd like to know more about this database maintenance. Will the techies be doing it remotely from home, or in the office? If in the office, will there be refreshments and taxis provided for them to safely get back home? What sort of computers do they use? How many of them are there? What are their interests outside of work and what are they like as people to work with? They sound like a really nice bunch and I hope their hard work is well rewarded

Which radio show would that be? Can I listen to it online too? Online radio is great.:beer:
