BM Solutions timescales/are they strict?

Hello, my buyer is using BM Solutions as she is buying our property to let it out. I just had a couple of questions for those who have used BM Solutions before.
Obviously I know that timescales vary from person to person but was wondering:
How quickly do they send the mortgage offer after a valuation?
How strict are they with their valuations?
How are they in general?
Thanks a lot x

Hi
I got my BTL last year using BM Solutions. They were very quick and gave me a mortgage acceptance withint 24 hours. That said we went through London and Country mortgage advisors so if could have been that they were very effeicient in liasing with BM Solutions. Also, we we're quite a straight forward case ( i.e. good credit reference, uncomplicated finances) which probably helped it be smooth0 -
Valuation wise, they we're spot on with what our property was on the market for0

our property will be the most expensive one on our road sold in the recession, as we added an extra bathroom and bedroom to it and completely refurbished it, another one down the road recently sold for a similar price but didnt have the extra bathroom or bedroom. im a little panicky that they will think it is over priced, however, i have had valuations from local estate agents that put my mind at rest a little [though i know what estate agents are like]. we also had another offer which was higher than what we have accepted now, but our buyers pulled out before they had the survey done.
fingers crossed that it will be ok, we shall have to wait and see, i just wanted to see what they are like with their criteria and time keeping really
thanks guys0
