Hello,
does anyone know if the "Blackberry!8700g"!supports BBM (messaging service)? My son is wanting a Blackberry for BBM but I'd rather not fork out for a more modern one if he can use the "Blackberry!8700g".
They are currently being sold on ebay for £28.99 which seems reasonable.

ALL Blackberries support BBM, however thiere is talk of the service being split away and a different firm providing a (chargeable) bolt on service - so the data-only charges may be dispensed with if the sale goes through.0
