New sign-up - best current deals please

Sorry to be lazy but it seems very difficult to wade through these threads and identify the best deals around. All I'm looking for is simple broadband, not interested in 8mb etc - just after a bog-standard 1mb connection for my mother-in-law.

Having been on a £14.99 deal myself for about 18 months and not paying much attention to the market since, I would like to think there might be some sub-£10 deals.

She is open to contract or monthly deals, and would consider the whole phone-broadband-tv deal if it is good value because she can't receive freeview where she is. Download caps aren't much of an issue as she only really wants t'internet for general browsing.

Any suggestions would be very gratefully accepted.
