Ryanair Row 2

hi had a look but could find an answer anywhere else.
were flying out to Lanzarote in 4 weeks and have booked with Ryanair.
we would like to sit in extra leg room but with a 10 year old and a 1 year old that only leaves the seats at the front(not emergency exit)
is this row 2?
just before i pay to reserve the seats

Yes, it's row 2 on the right side of the plane when facing the cockpit. Row 2 on the left side does not, I believe, have extra legroom.

    That's right, seats 2D, 2E and 2F.

And you are within the infant quota. The rule is a maximum number of 2 infants can be seated in Row 2, one to be seated on each side of the aisle.

I'm not sure you can add reserved seating online now. You may have to do it by phone or at an airport. Although you can add reserved seating at the check-in stage I've never found a way to add it online in the period between making the booking and checking in.

We flew with Ryanair last week and were given the option to add extra cases and book seats when we came to print off the boarding cards within the 15 day period.

We didn't book any but the options it came up with we're very strange with my partner and I being offered seats on opposite sides of the plane! What it does do though is allow you to see which seats have already been reserved.

Ryanair offer this at no extra charge in case you've had a falling out about the football.

called up and reserved the seats. wasnt until i checked my booking today and saw that the person in the call centre had reserved us seats in row 1.
yes they knew from my booking and telling them that we had an infant and a ten year old flying.
so i had to spend ages waiting on the phone only to be told that now row 2 were reserved and that in order to get my money back i had to write to them via letter or fax!
