- current HB rates vary for different single person ages between 18 and 25 because they link to age 18 not age 25
- UC will have just 4 rates instead of the current 15 ESA rates
- the actual rates are to be [should -maybe ] decided later this year
- under 25 couple rate will be about 60% higher than the single rate in line with the usual ratio between single and couple rates
- over 25 will equate to the equivalent rates in JSA

The under 25's in general and the disabled under 25's in particular will have their JSA applications handled by yet one more a~n~other private contrctor called Capita
- and on the subject of JSA, U25's, and HB
- even the JSA application is being privatised
- the DWP will outsource the online application [JSAOL]
