Hi , I have been with Virgin media for 4 years at my current address , ("20 odd at my previous address) since I have been at my new address I have had the xxl package with Virgin media the broadband has never worked properly from day one and I have had numerous phone conversations and email contact with them and everytime they say will be fixed on! but it has never happened I cancelled tv and broadband in January of this year after yet another failure to fix ! Virgin media offered my £87 in recompense for three years of virtually no service ! would you advise my taking a small claims action against them to get a proper refund as I think they have taken money fraudulently from me by taking the money and not providing the service ! ???
