I know what you mean about the phone I have photos on there that I would be devistated to lose

You'll lose them anyway if the 'phone and/or it's memory card self-destructs. These things don't last for ever you know. Copy those photos at once to both a hard disk and a cloud-based backup service.

I'm not mad that they didn't give out my details. I'm mad because she asked THEM to ring me and they refused to do it. I would have thought they would have been grateful as I was that someone had contact them to be honest.

Marleyboy it does seem that those with less are the ones who think of others :j

I'd double check your cards haven't been cancelled. If someone rings up your credit card company and tells them they have your cards it might well be standard practice to cancel them.

Well its not reallytheir responsibility to do so and also would you think it wise for them to give you a random persons number on the whim that they may or may not have your purse and then something may happen to you?

She said they have cancelled my Barclaycard and debit card which is fine I don't mind that at all (it makes sense) as I can still go in and draw it out over the counter.
