Ryanair -help booked wrong destination

Hi Just booked 4 flights but realised I have booked the wrong destination!!!. What will I have to pay to change. Total cost was £600 will it really cost me £480 to change (£60 per person each way) plus the difference is flight price? Will I have to pay any other extras again? Do you think they will sypathise and charge less if I call?

could you not see if you could change the hotels etc with whoever you went with for the new destination it may be cheaper

booked Ibiza (was looking for a flight for someone else at the time) instead of Tenerfe , hotel etc all paid for.

The quicker you call them, the more likely they are to not charge you anything.

Definitely try to plead mercy but I think the chances of them reducing the charges are 0.00001%!

You'd probably have much more luck pleading with the hotel for a refund though - did you book directly? Have you checked the returns policy? I'm sure you could find a hotel in Ibiza for less than £500.

I didn't book the hotel directly , I will have some cancellation charges.I really prefer to go to Tenerife taking 2 kids, besides when I comapre the hotels seem dearer than the one I booked.

I once booked the wrong date (the 28th instead of the 29th) and phoned 30 minutes later, and was charged £10. My first and last time I made a booking error with Ryanair though!

So what did they say when you called them? If you haven't yet, you need to get moving. As someone else said, if there's a chance of getting your booking changed for free will drastically decrease if you wait too long.
