Was it registered to you? It is easy enough to find out who a blog belongs to. There must have been something to identify you ...0 -
Serial complainers are sometimes paid to go away and never pester the company again - it is often the cheaper option especially when legal action has been commenced

A serial complainer whose complaints are invalid or blown out of proportion would generally be considered vexatious. Someone with valid concerns is entitled to have those concerns resolved. As to why you'd stick with a bank you're constantly complaining about, that's a matter for yourself.
The FSA's rules don't provide for any scenario where you can simply ignore a customer's complaint, even if they are obviously making things up, deliberately being a nuisance or trying to extract compensation for frivolous reasons - complaints have to be dealt with and go through a full process including the right to go to the Ombudsman Service, even if your complaint is about something no reasonable person could possibly care about. As an oft-given example, you can put in a complaint about the colour of the carpets at the branch if you really want to, and the bank has to deal with it seriously and professionally.
The only recourse an institution really has in this sort of instance is to say that the business relationship has irrevocably broken down and ask them to bank elsewhere. But that's a whole minefield right there.urs sinserly,

I would be unlikely to stick with a bank that I am constantly complaining about and even more unlikely to use it as my main account
A bank that boasts to be more customer friendly than other banks eg Metro Bank is an example of a bank deserving of attention for it's shortcomings (also First Direct) and do you suggest that gays should stay away from Islamic Bank of Britain ?
I have RBS Group accounts and have not mentioned any complaints on this forum in respect of the recent technical problems , it takes quite a lot to provoke me into sending a formal complaintHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. A work of fiction or not, if you have written it in a blog about said bank and named them in your post, you, the site owner, domain registrars and web host could end up in hot water for defamation and libel if what you said about them is untrue and you cannot back up your statements in your blog in any defense.
If your OP is not a work of fiction too then you're on very thin ice, I'd let it be.0
