    Surprise that there are empty seats at venues: Not even a little!

    On the plus side, they've increased the length of the message they charge you for on the customer services line before they automatically disconnect your call - you even get to make an extra choice:

    "if your event is within 24 hours press 1, if your event is within the next seven days, press 2"

    Both options lead to you being disconnected but it's nice to have options in life isn't it!
