Mis-sold Contract by Three
I have been mis-sold a phone contract by Three but not getting any joy out of them. They agreed over the phone on two separate occasions that I could be on contract for £10 per month for 12 months, but in fact the £120 is being spread over the final 4 months of the contract. Three are saying there is nothing I can do but pay to cancel my contract. Any ideas?

was this agreed with three directly? or through a reseller?SLC: £13000+

Well, Three say it was through a reseller - although my bills are from three0

so you bought it from another company? If so which?
If it is from a reseller then the issue is with the reseller unfortunatelySLC: £13000+

So for eight months you actually pay £0 and for the last four months you pay £30? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Well, £16 one month and then £35 for three months. I will be complaining to Simply3 as well...0

I don't really see that you have been mis-sold anything! Misunderstood yes but mis-sold no, as it still works out to £10 per month. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

you could always put £10 aside each month ready for the final 3 months. 9 months free, then £16/£35 for the final free would suite me fine!
where did you get it from? how many minutes do you get?0
