Is this Tesco Mobile offer any good?

My Tmobile contract has just ended and I'm looking for a new one. This Tesco one seems ideal; 250 minutes is enough, 5000 texts is more than enough and, as I rarely use the internet, 500mb is ok. At £7.50 it is less than half what I pay at the moment. On the face of it this deals seems ideal.

What I want to know is what are the pros and cons with Tesco and is the phone (Samsung Chat335) any good?

cons with tescos are:

no call waiting
no conference calling

there might be other cons too...that i don't know of
