Yes - one bounced - but the person who sent it had over 500 FB and advised me a few hours before it was declined that her account had been hijacked (and I don't think she was lying - she was a buyer of a lot of new agey sort of stuff and a name to match but she suddenly turned into a seller of brand new technology items with a harder name...now forgive me for stereotyping a bit but that seems a bit of a leap). I allowed her to cancel the transaction, no point messing about after that sort of thing.
Buyer feedback is pretty much only a thing that eBay (and one or two clone sites) instituted. Other websites, offline shops etc don't use customer reference system, so use common sense - if they pay, you have to send, no point in worrying about it. Let's face it, if you have a shop and a new customer comes in, you wouldn't worry about it. Same on eBay.
